Cellynne Corporation
operates two expansive, state-of-the-art paper mills at our
corporate headquarters in Haines City, Florida.
Our first
high-tech paper mill, completed in 2006, marked Cellynne's
transition from a paper converter to a full-service
manufacturer. This mill houses a complete tissue machine
from Metso, equipped with a SymFlo TIS headbox, an 18-foot
Metso Yankee Cylinder, an Advantage AirCap Yankee Hood,
sheet control and tail threading equipment, and reel and
roll handling systems. The machine has a wire width of 2.7
m, an operating speed of 2000 m/min, and a daily production
of up to 130 metric tons of high-quality facial, bathroom
tissue and towel grades.

In early 2009, Cellynne completed the construction of a new paper mill, which began operations a full day ahead of schedule. The addition of the second mill, which produces 9 to 16-pound tissue grades, allows our company to achieve a total manufacturing output of 70,000 tons per year. The latest mill is largely identical to the first machine, but features enhancements such as a dust control system and headbox improvements as well as minor changes in the sheet handling.
The expansion of our paper manufacturing capabilities is a natural part of Cellynne’s growth and of our ongoing commitment to meeting our customers’ changing needs. Together, our two paper mills have enabled us to improve the quality of our products and reinforce Cellynne’s reputation as a premier towel and tissue supplier in the North American marketplace.
The next phase of the paper mill project is the installation of a de-inking facility in Haines City, Florida.
